We are researchers, engineers, and entrepreneurs who chose real estate because we saw how much better the experience could be for clients who deserve a true analytical partner — not just a licensed guide.

We build the models.

When we each bought our first homes, we didn’t rely on intuition or conventional wisdom. We built financial models, ran our own due diligence on every component of the transaction, and negotiated mortgage rates the same way we’d negotiate a business deal. That same rigor is now standard practice for every client we work with.

We negotiate from strength.

Our negotiation experience was built in boardrooms and startup war rooms long before it was applied to real estate. One of us has years of business development and partnership negotiations at Google and high-growth tech companies. The other founded and built a startup. Neither of us learned to negotiate from a real estate manual.

We understand your world.

We work and live inside the Bay Area tech ecosystem. Between us, we have built companies, led teams at Google, taught at Berkeley, and hold graduate degrees from MIT, Harvard, and the University of Washington. We understand RSUs, offer timing relative to vesting cliffs, the relocation calculus of a new role, and what it means to uproot your life for a company. We’ve done it ourselves.

We teach, not just transact.

Both of us have spent meaningful time teaching — in university classrooms, through mentorship programs, through coaching and public lecturing. We approach each client relationship the same way: we want you to understand every decision you make, every document you sign, and every tradeoff you face. An informed client makes better decisions and has fewer regrets.

We are embedded in this community.

Our community involvement isn’t a line on a bio — it’s how we live. Board memberships, volunteer coaching, nonprofit consulting, and civic engagement are how we show up when no transaction is at stake.
